Smoothie Subscription- The Honestly Good Smoothie Company Review
I recently had the pleasure of trying a smoothie subscription service with The Honestly Good Smoothie Company; A Bedfordshire based company delivering organic, ready to blitz smoothie pouches to your door.
Subscribing:
Weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or just a one off, how often you wish to receive your order is completely up to you. With no commitment, this can be altered at any time. You can even buy a smoothie gift card for a friend or loved one! Ordering is easy via the website and delivery is free. A variety box of 5 pouches will cost you £22.50 (including delivery) and you can get £10 off your first order if you sign up to the newsletter.
Delivery:
The kits arrive frozen in eco-friendly pouches and live happily in the freezer until use. Your sustainable packaging can be sent back using the free printable returns label. The whole philosophy of this company is Honestly Good:
We lovingly wash, peel, chop and pack every box at our family home in Bedfordshire, before air freezing the packs to seal in all the good stuff.
This Philosophy extends to everything we do, from our transparent and sustainable preparation, to re-using or recycling 100% of all packaging to donating 2 meals to those in need for every box we send out.

How to use:
To use, simply pour the fruit (from frozen) into your blender, add the superfood pouch and 300 ml of fluid (water, plant milk etc.). Blend for 30 seconds, or a little more if you like a very smooth drink. Enjoy!
The flavours:
My favourite flavour was the Mint-Choc Chip- mint, spinach, apple, Cacao and cashews. Delicious and very much like an ice-cream! I also loved the ‘Cheer Me Up’ which was so tasty and filling.
I found that the pouches were really generous and decided to split my portion over two days. Taking them to work, I swapped my usual biscuit for a smoothie. This really worked for me- not a single biscuit all week! I felt full and satisfied throughout the day.
The Smoothie Subscription:
What I liked most about this smoothie subscription was trying ingredients that I would never normally use in a smoothie. A bit of a smoothie bore, I tend to use the same fruit recipes so this really broadened my horizons. Whilst I haven’t been converted to raw sweet potato or beetroot, I most definitely have a wider repertoire. I will be ordering another box soon to get some more ideas.
Who would love this?
A smoothie subscription is great option for those who are time-poor but want (and enjoy) the goodness of something delicious and healthy like this. Also good for people (like me) who want some fresh ideas. Be sure to check out their brilliant Honestly Good website which has oodles of recipes and nutritional information about all of the ingredients.
The Honestly Good Smoothie Company invited me to review their product and I have been happy to recommend them based on their quality product and company philosophy. As always, all opinions are my own.
Why not check out our health and exercise recommendations.
