Massage Cambridge- Cambridge Holistics Review

Michelle at Cambridge Holistics:

Looking for massage in Cambridge? Finding somebody great can be a real challenge but I can personally highly recommend Michelle at Cambridge Holistics. This time I went for Reflexology.

Reflexology:

As a Reflexologist myself I am a huge fan and promoter of the power of Reflexology. Reflexology is based on the theory of reflex points on the feet (and hands) that link to every part of the body. These reflex points are stimulated using massage to promote well-being and relaxation.

Rest and Restore Bundle:

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Michelle at Cambridge Holistics for a fabulous birthday treatment. This was called a ‘Birthday Package- Rest and Restore Bundle’ and included a calming neck, shoulder, face and head massage, then a full reflexology treatment. This was a full 90 minutes of pleasure made even more luxurious by the fact that Michelle is a Neal’s Yard Remedies representative. She uses their wonderfully aromatic,  cruelty-free products during all of her treatments.

Michelle had her work cut out trying to make me relaxed. I am a nervous flyer and was due to fly the following day! I didn’t doubt her skills though as I had visited her pre-flight previously!

The After Feeling:

One of complete relaxation and refreshment – this treatment was heavenly. Michelle even showed me some hand reflex points to help relieve anxiety. I used these whilst travelling and found them very comforting.

Women’s Health Specialist:

Based in Bourn, Cambridgeshire, Michelle works from her home in a beautifully decorated room. She specialises in  women’s health and well-being. She has specialist knowledge of reflexology and fertility (and pregnancy).

Neals Yard Representative:

Michelle’s heated bed and cosy blankets soon had me zoning out whilst I savoured every moment of her skilful massage skills. This wonderful sense of calm was enhanced those quality Neal’ Yard products. I will most definitely be back to Cambridge Holistics.

*Note to anyone wishing to treat me- I would love to try the facial (hint hint).
