I love a competition! Especially a gift card that you can spend on whatever you like. Amazon literally sell everything so what could be better? With the summer holidays winging their way in a matter of days, perhaps stock up on some summer reads? As a huge fan of cookery books, here are some I have recently enjoyed and would recommend.
East by Meera Sodha– loads of delicious vegetarian and vegan ideas, noodles, salads, curries and loads more. Fresh, tasty, satisfying and interesting recipe ideas. Author of Fresh India which is also a fabulous vegetarian recipe book.
Simple by Ottolenghi– tasty food in here, which are either simple due to preparation, time or the number of ingredients used.
Sirocco by Sabrina Ghayour– accessible Eastern recipes including delicious dips, salads and sides. I love the carrot, tahini and hazelnut salad.
One Tin Bakes by Edd Kimber – as the title suggests, buns, cakes and pies all made in one tin. Some fabulous recipes in here, I love the turtle brownies.
